Welcome to York House!
York House is a beautiful, deceptively big, 3 bedroom cottage in Marazion, West Cornwall, available for holiday rentals.
Situated 200m from the beach, and within walking distance of several pubs and restaurants, York House comprises two double bedrooms, one with en-suite, one twin bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, lounge, and large, south-facing, outside space with plenty of seating.
Marazion is three miles from Penzance, which is easily reached from London Paddington by train. A great spot to base yourself for exploring the beauty of West Cornwall, and so close to St Michael's Mount (in the photo above).

Living Room
Plenty of seating, a well stocked library and a great selection of games and puzzles for you to use if the weather is not on your side! Smart TV ready for you to use your own subscription channels.
Kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen, so if you want to eat in, grab your groceries, and you'll find what you need to make your meals. We have a extendable table which sits 6. The kitchen also has a lovely stable door, so you can watch the world go by!
Bedroom 1
Large and airy bedroom at the top of the house. Plenty of wardrobe and drawer space, a dressing table (which has been known to be used as a desk for remote working) and you can see the sea!
Bedroom 2
We call it The Pine Room! This room also has an en-suite and lots of space for your clothes. Overlooks the garden.
Twin room
Spacious room with a view of the chapel across the road. Big wardrobe and lots of drawer space.
Bathroom
Bright and airy, and you can see St Michael's Mount if you stand on tiptoes!
Back yard
Very big back yard, lots of seating and we have sun loungers if you get the chance to use them!
